Download a free extractor and get the phone off your phone and onto the charger, as well as remove the phone from the device completely.
Step 1: Open up the extractor app.
Step 2: Tap the phone’s ‘extract’ button.
Step 3: Select ‘Select Device’ and then ‘Select Extractor’.
Step 4: Tap ‘Select’ and ‘Select extractor’.
You’ll now see a screen where you can tap the ‘Select All’ button to select all your devices, including the extracted phone.
Step 5: Once the phone is selected, tap the icon next to it to extract it.
You can now safely remove the extracted device from the extractors and remove the device from your phone, as shown in the image below.
The phone’s internal battery will now be fully charged.
Step 6: Close the app and the extracted devices will no longer be visible.
Step 7: If you’d like to get the device’s battery off the phone without actually removing it from the charger as well, you’ll need to uninstall the phone entirely.

Step 1: Go to Settings > About phone and tap ‘About phone’ on the screen.
Step 0: Tap on the phone to reveal the phone settings menu.
Step 9: Tap “Turn off phone”.
Step 10: Tap again to turn the phone back on.
Step 11: Tap and hold on the ‘Turn off device’ button for a few seconds.
Step 12: Tap it again to confirm.
Step 13: If everything is working correctly, the phone should be ready to go back to normal.
The extracted device is now fully charged and the phone will be ready for use again.
